St Remio's Strawberry Iced Matcha Recipe

Ingredients
o 1 to 1.5 tsp St Remio Matcha Powder
o 60 ml hot water (not boiling)
o 15 ml Monin Strawberry Mix
o Ice, to fill glass
o Approx. 150 ml soy milk
Method
1. Prepare the Matcha:
o Sift 1 to 1.5 tsp of St Remio Matcha Powder into a small bowl.
o Add 60 ml of hot (but not boiling) water.
o Whisk thoroughly using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and slightly frothy.
2. Assemble the Drink:
o Add 15 ml of Monin Strawberry Mix to the bottom of a glass.
o Fill the glass with ice.
o Pour in approximately 150 ml of soy milk.
o Top with 60 ml of the prepared matcha mixture.
3. Serve:
o Leave layered for presentation or stir gently to combine.
o Serve immediately and enjoy!
