St Remio Cold Brew, Coke & Jalapeño Pickle Recipe

One of those combos that shouldn’t work… but does. Cold brew. Coke. Jalapeño. Pickle. But this is the drink that turns the sceptics at the table into the ones asking for the recipe.

The bold, smooth intensity of St Remio Cold Brew Coffee holds its own against the sweetness of the cola, while the jalapeño pickle brings a sharp, savoury edge that keeps every sip interesting. It’s not a drink for everyone, it’s a drink for the ones who like to find out for themselves.

What you’ll need:

  • 150ml Coca-Cola (chilled)
  • Ice (as desired)
  • 60ml St Remio Cold Brew
  • 10ml jalapeño juice (from jar)
  • 10ml dill pickle juice 

Method

1. To Build the Drink

  • Add ice to your desired level in a glass.
  • Pour in 150ml chilled Coca-Cola
  • Add 10ml jalapeño juice and 10ml dill pickle juice.
  • Gently stir to combine.
  • Slowly pour 60ml of Cold Brew over the top to create a layered effect. 

2. To Finish 

  • Garnish with bread and butter pickle slices on a skewer or the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
