Delivery Information
All our deliveries are shipped directly from Melbourne. Please allow 2 – 4 working days in metro areas and 5-6 for regional addresses. For WA and NT please note it could be up to 7 days. We currently do not ship internationally.
For any orders over $70.00 we offer free shipping Australia wide. We also offer free shipping on our subscription packages too so check them out when we launch soon to get your coffee delivered on time, every time!
Returns
A happy customer is a good customer and we want you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your St Remio purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we need to see your receipt (proof of purchase) with your product and we will accept returns that have been sent to us within 14 days of the purchase date (provided the product is in its original saleable condition). Any returns from one month from the purchase date, will not be accepted. Please note that any return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function, then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. Alternatively, if you want to exchange your product because it was faulty, we can also arrange this for you.
Refunds
If you have not received your refund in 5 days, we ask you to contact your bank or credit card provider as sometimes payments can be delayed. Once you have reached out to them and if there is still an issue, please contact us to investigate. Please note refunds will be made for the cost of the product minus the shipping charges.
