St Remio's Mango Iced Matcha

Mango Matcha
Ingredients
- 1 to 1.5 tsp St Remio Matcha Powder
- 60 ml hot water (not boiling)
- 15 ml Monin Mango Mix
- Ice, to fill glass
- Approx. 150 ml soy milk
Method
1. Prepare the Matcha
- Sift 1 to 1.5 tsp of St Remio Matcha Powder into a small bowl.
- Add 60 ml of hot (but not boiling) water.
- Whisk thoroughly using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and slightly frothy.
2. Assemble the Drink
- Add 15 ml of Monin Mango Mix to the bottom of a glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in approximately 150 ml of soy milk.
- Top with 60 ml of the prepared matcha mixture.
3. Serve
Leave layered for presentation or stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
