It’s all you’ve ever dreamed of…two of the world’s greatest delights coming together. Coffee AND chocolate. And the result? CACAO chocolate’s coffee flavoured ‘Café au lait’ and 'Coffee Caramel' macarons. This collab is truly to die for, and we can’t wait to show you a sneak peek of the process!

Featuring our signature ST FRANCIS beans, our team got to go to CACAO’s headquarters and watch the process from start to finish.

Our coffee beans are poured straight into cream to infuse, giving it a robust flavour. Once cooled, a creamy, velvety coffee-flavoured ganache is then used in both the ‘Café au lait’ chocolate pieces, and ‘Coffee Caramel’ macarons.

These decadent treats are truly a match made in heaven for coffee enthusiasts and chocoholics alike, and we can’t get enough.
