Melbourne’s latest must visit restaurant: Mid Air.  Located on the 12th floor of Melbourne Place, this open-air rooftop restaurant offers a fusion of Mediterranean flavours from Greece, Turkey, Spain, and Italy; while still having a distinctly Melbourne feel to it. Designed by chef Nick Deligiannis, the menu features fresh, local ingredients and indulgent dishes. The stunning space, created by Kennedy Nolan, provides sweeping skyline views, perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner. For brunch, enjoy loaded bacon and egg focaccias with hashbrowns, and St Remio coffee of course!
